Airstream Caravel travel trailer 22FB highlights:
Imagine you and your family enjoying fall festivals, new campgrounds and shopping in town to return to your own Caravel at an RV park or state park. You will enjoy the convenience and privacy the rear full bathroom gives you, as well as all of the bathroom counter space and the retractable clothes line in the shower. Just outside of the bathroom there is a larger closet for you to hang your clothes or coats. The U-shaped dinette is the perfect place for you to enjoy your meals at, play a card game, or even transform into an extra sleeping space for two. When you're ready to wind down your night, head to the front and relax on the front bed while you gaze up at the stars through the panoramic windows and draw the blackout shades when it's time to sleep!
With any Caravel travel trailer you will experience Airstream's craftsmanship and attention to detail, as well as durability and reliability so you can be proud to own your favorite Caravel for years and years! Each is built lightweight with a single axle and aerodynamic shape to be nimble, easy to tow and have better fuel economy. The exterior includes a hand painted chassis, an enclosed aluminum insulated, heated underbelly, and a temperature reducing one piece white aluminum roof. The interior is just as impressive with handcrafted Italian Lite-Ply laminated cabinetry, panoramic front windows with blackout shades, a QuietStream climate control system, seamless vinyl flooring, and a tankless On Demand LP water heater, and the list goes on.

In 1931, Airstream began with Wally Byam’s dream: to build a travel trailer that would move like a stream of air, be light enough to be towed by a car, and create first-class accommodations anywhere.
Wally Byam introduced the first riveted aluminum, semi-monocoque Airstream – known as the Clipper – in 1936. He forever changed the world of travel and built a community of like-minded adventurers called Airstreamers. Today, the entire Airstream community keeps Wally’s spirit alive and well.
Airstream travel trailers and touring coaches aren’t built the fastest way. Not the easiest, either. That’s because they’re built with an obsessive attention to detail, and a willingness to choose the processes and materials that make the absolute best product – even if it’s a little harder, takes a little longer, and costs a little more to do. That’s the kind of quality that makes Airstreams last not just years but generations, and the kind we’re proud to put our name on.
